Even yoga at the Activation Days!

Even yoga at the Activation Days!

Not only product tests and experience running, walking, and climbing, the Activation Days also focus on well-being. That’s why in the program of the event that will animate Riva del Garda on Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17, there are also two yoga sessions guided by professional teacher Flavia Chiarelli.

An opportunity that fits perfectly into the format of the Activation Days, increasingly oriented towards offering a complete outdoor experience. The lessons will take place in one of Italy’s most iconic natural settings, the Villaggio Giardini di Porta Orientale, on the shores of Lake Garda, offering participants a moment of pause and reconnection between one activity and another. Lake Garda thus becomes not only a stage for sports and technical tests, but also a space dedicated to the balance between mind and body that only yoga can convey. The sessions will be open to all levels, from beginners to those who already practice the discipline, and represent a concrete opportunity to slow down, breathe, and experience the territory from a different perspective.

Who is Flavia Chiarelli

As a former marketing manager in a company and a great sports enthusiast, she transformed her life after encountering Yoga in 2015, following a small sports break. In 2024, she obtained the qualification of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Yoga4Kids Teacher, and today she brings to her classes a “gentle” Yoga, welcoming and inclusive, where performance is not necessary, but presence is. Her method accompanies practitioners of all ages to move with ease and listen to themselves, in a path of evolution that, starting from the body, reaches the soul.

The schedule

  • Saturday, May 16 from 5 pm to 6 pm. A session to end the first day of Activation Days by rediscovering freedom of movement. Through fluid sequences aimed at joint release, the body will free itself from the stiffness of travel and the fatigue of outdoor activities, preparing for the rest of the weekend.
  • Sunday, May 17 from 9 am to 10 am. An outdoor lesson to start Sunday at the fair with a dynamic and inclusive Hatha Vinyasa Flow practice. A lesson designed for all levels, aimed at creating space in the body and providing a charge of vital energy and serenity to face the day.
