With 49,100 square metres of completely covered gross exhibition space, the Exhibition Centre is situated just a couple of kilometres from the historic centre of Riva del Garda, in a strategic position which is easily reached from the motorway exit. The exhibition areas are both modular and flexible, enabling us to offer a broad range of solutions, capable of satisfying the various demands and particular aspects of every event organised and/or hosted.

Arriving by Car (better if shared)
If you are travelling by car, you’ll find ample parking facilities just 2 minutes’ walk from the exhibition centre.
Car sharing is encouraged and makes the journey even more convenient.
Arriving by Plane
The main international airports serving Riva del Garda are:
- Verona Airport (VRN) – approx. 80 km / 1–1.15 h
- Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport (BGY) – approx. 150 km / 2 h
- Milan Linate Airport (LIN) – approx. 190 km / 2.5 h
- Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) – approx. 220 km / 3 h
- Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) – approx. 200 km / 2.5–3 h
- Munich Airport (MUC) – approx. 350 km / 4–4.5 h

IMPORTANT TRANSFER INFORMATION
- Fares: Prices are per person, each way (Verona €40, Bergamo €50, Milan Linate €60, Milan Malpensa €70).
- Arrivals: When booking your arrival transfer, please allow at least 45 minutes from your scheduled landing time.
- Departures: When booking your departure transfer, please calculate your pick-up time considering the travel time plus 2 hours for airport procedures. We recommend the following minimum advance times before your flight departure:
- Verona (VRN): 3.5 hours before flight
- Bergamo (BGY): 4.5 hours before flight
- Milan Linate (LIN): 4.5 hours before flight
- Milan Malpensa (MXP): 5.5 hours before flight
- Please note: Shuttle departures are subject to a minimum number of bookings and may be adjusted or combined according to actual reservations. Any changes will be communicated to passengers in advance.
- Cancellation policy: All bookings are strictly non-refundable.

Arriving by Train
The nearest railway station is Rovereto, well connected with direct trains from major Italian cities.
From Rovereto, buses will connect the station to the exhibition venue in approximately 30/40 minutes and there are some free shuttles during the days of the trade show
Getting Around from Your Hotel
Many hotels are located within walking distance of the exhibition centre, which is only 1.7 km from the centre of Riva del Garda.
Several hotels provide bicycles, and there are multiple bike rental services available in Riva del Garda and neighbouring towns (cycling is one of the best ways to move around and enjoy the destination). Shuttle services will also connect selected hotels to the venue during specific time slots.
