Community Support

MagNet is actively committed to supporting non-profit organizations and virtuous initiatives, leveraging its resources and expertise to promote their work. In line with this commitment, during the Outdoor & Running Business Days, dedicated spaces are offered to associations, allowing them to gain visibility and raise awareness on socially and environmentally relevant issues.

This commitment to non-profit organizations began in 2022 with the hosting of Telethon, an organization that raises funds for scientific research on rare genetic diseases. In addition to Telethon, another significant example is In Your Shoes, an initiative that promotes circular economy. This organization collects used running shoes globally and sends them to Kenya and Nepal, where they support local athletic communities by providing footwear that would otherwise be discarded. A simple gesture with a huge impact on the lives of those who benefit from it.

During the most recent edition, Esosport was hosted—a company dedicated to recycling sports waste, such as shoes and tires, transforming them into useful resources and reducing environmental impact. Esosport presented initiatives such as “Il Giardino di Betty” (Betty’s Garden), a playground made from recycled materials, and “La Pista di Pietro” (Pietro’s Track), an athletics track—both symbols of solidarity and environmental commitment. These projects demonstrate how recycled materials can gain a new life, serving the community and contributing to environmental well-being.

Through these initiatives, MagNet not only promotes and gives visibility to virtuous organizations but also supports projects that prioritize sustainability and positive social impact.
