Road to ORBDAYS: Ulysses activities at the trade show
At the Outdoor and Running Business Days in Riva del Garda, Ulysses continues to strengthen its presence. It was at this very trade show two years ago that the brand made its global debut.
Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Switzerland, Ulysses Sportech SA is a company created to design, engineer, produce, and sell technical running products—specifically shoes and apparel.
The name “Ulysses” reflects the ambitious scope of the company’s vision for the future. The wolf featured in the logo symbolizes loyalty—an animal that, through instinct, is capable of quickly forming strong emotional bonds.
Inspired by this animal, the brand patented the NARS technology—Natural Adaptive Running System. Through its progressive compression, the midsole provides the necessary support for athletes with pronation, while maintaining the lightweight feel and fit of a neutral shoe for non-pronating runners. It is adaptive, meaning it works on demand.
The core idea, simple yet innovative, stems from the belief that traditional anti-pronation systems tend to stiffen the shoe, dull the sensory feedback of the foot, and prevent the natural propulsion of the plantar fascia, ultimately causing structural imbalance.
The new and improved NARS now incorporates the latest controlled nitro-infusion technology.

11:00 – 11:30:
Talk with Alessandro Berdini, sports therapist, athletic trainer, and Ulysses Running Expert
Talk Title: “Foot proprioceptive technology in the biomechanics of running, in relation to Ulysses technologies.”
15:30 – 16:00:
Meet & greet at the Ulysses booth for a shoe trial featuring the road model Waya URC1;
Ulysses will also present its brand-new supercritical nitrogen-injected E.V.A. foam formula.
All participants (up to a maximum of 30 people) will receive an exclusive Ulysses gadget.
16:00 – 16:40:
Start of the Ulysses Road Run from the Ulysses booth, following the ORBDAYS2025 “Running Foci del Varone” route (6.5K +55 elevation, via Wikiloc).

16:40 – 18:00:
Return to the Ulysses booth, shoe swap, and then enjoy a Reggio-style aperitif together.
